This is an amazing clip of Beryl Walker who at 84 cycles around the streets of Gloucester delivering newspapers. From what I can see it looks like she is riding a Raleigh Cameo bike too!
Brilliant! It must be true - cycling does make you 10 years younger:-) Think the reporter needs to get a bike. Judging by his huffing and puffing he needs some exercise...
