Third Birthday for My Brompton

Yesterday was three years since I became a Brompton owner. Three years of pedalling around the streets of London, north and south. Three years of taking the Brompton on public transport. I cannot think why I didn’t go back to cycling sooner. I love it. Once I got cycle training I got over my fear of cycling in traffic and I can and do cycle in heavy traffic, but I now feel that there should be more designated cycle paths. I want more people to get on bikes and this is unlikely to happen without the structure.

No problems with the Brompton, one flat tyre in three years is very good too. It is a well made and beautifully designed bike that will be around forever!

The photo above is of The Brompton with my three sets of flashing lights.  I look like a Christmas Tree at night.

Happy Birthday!
Pleased to see the enthusiasm hasn't gone, even in the Winter. And just one flat in three years is bound to cheer anyone.
