I’ve been away on my hols in New York city so no cycling for a while. I did look out for cyclists in Manhattan. They are there but not as many on the many streets compared to Central London, very few. I saw only one folding bike on Madison Avenue and because it looked like a Brompton I crossed the street to take a photo only to discover it was a Dahon, still it was a folding bike. I think cyclists stick to Central Park and most people in Manhattan walk or take the subway which is so cheap!
